So, how can you set up your exercise routine?
If you want your workouts to be high intensity, high volume, high intensity training, then your workout routine should include high volume training and low intensity training.
You can also use your time well to be in a state of mental relaxation and to have a relaxing and fun experience.

Create goals for your workout and diet habitsYou have a number different goals that you need you to achieve in order to maintain fitness levels, and the goals for each of those goals can vary.
So your goals can range from maintaining a goal of losing a certain amount of weight in a certain time frame, to achieving a goal to lose more weight than you’ve ever lost in a given amount of time.
So there’s a number, and they can range in terms of intensity, volume, frequency, etc. You’ll need to create a plan for how you’re aiming for these different goals and also what you expect to achieve from each of these goals.
To make sure that you’re getting the best possible outcome from your exercise, you need your exercise to be as effective as possible, so that you are losing weight, staying in shape, and getting better results.
